About Me

I started my digital career in New York City during the dotcom boom of the late 1990s. Back then it was all about front-end coding, information architecture, art direction, and usability. In the last decade I’ve spent time in management, both vertically (managing my team) and horizontally, building relationships with project sponsors and identifying new business opportunities. Now I’m using AI to create rapid prototypes and synthesize interview data. I’m able to do more, with less people, and faster, than at any time in the past.

But I still fiercely believe that the best products come from collaborating with people. I create a safe space for people to ask questions and explore ideas without fear of looking uninformed, and I use humor, metaphors, and simple visuals to help cross-functional teams connect, whether we’re working side by side zooming across the world.
